Single night only stays are subject to availability and are $65.00 per night plus tax regardless of space. No discounts are available for single night only stays. Please call office for availability. Please do not use the reservation system below for single night stays.
We appreciate your time and look forward to you making your reservation with us.
We require the full balance of the reservation at the time of booking. Please review our cancelation policy at the bottom of this page prior to making a reservation. If the online system says there are no available spaces, please Call Us at (719) 275-0900 because we can usually make room for you.
Horse trailer campers are not permitted.
Reservations consisting of a Friday or a Saturday are a two night minimum. (I.E. a Thurs-Fri, Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun)
Holidays – Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day. A minimum 2 night stay is required on holiday weekends.
For the following dates, a $7/day fee will be added.

September 3rd-6th
Check-ins will not be allowed after dark as to not disturb our guests.

Reservations and Cancellations Policy
Check-in time is 1:00pm, Check-out time is 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy(1)All reservation fees will be charged in full at the time of the reservation. (2) Customers that cancel a weekly or daily reservation prior to 15 days of arrival date will receive an account credit minus a $20.00 fee, the account credit is good until the end of the following year. There are no refunds only account credits.(3) Monthly reservations are not movable and will not receive an account credit for a cancelation at any time or for any reason. (4) Cancelations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date and No-shows are not eligible for an account credit. (5) There are no refunds for early check-out. (6) Holiday weekends are a two-night minimum stay.
