No discounts are available for single night only stays. Please call office for availability. Please do not use the reservation system below for single night stays booked after noon of the same day.

We require the full balance of the reservation at the time of booking. Please review our cancelation policy at the bottom of this page prior to making a reservation. If the online system says there are no available spaces, please Call Us at (719) 275-0900 because we can usually make room for you.
Horse trailer campers are not permitted.
We guarantee the type of space selected (Deluxe or Premium), however the specific chosen space is Not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy(1)All reservation fees will be charged in full at the time of the reservation. (2) Customers that cancel a weekly or daily reservation prior to 7 days of arrival date will receive an account credit minus a $30.00 fee, the account credit is good until the end of the following year. There are no refunds only account credits.(3) Monthly reservations are not movable and will not receive an account credit for a cancelation at any time or for any reason. (4) Cancelations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date and No-shows are not eligible for an account credit. (5) There are no refunds for early check-out. (6)
You can bypass the cancellation policy by purchasing Travel Protection Insurance at checkout. This gives you the right to a full refund (minus insurance) for any cancellation at any time and refund for an early departure.
