What are your check-in and check-out times?
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, customers that cancel a weekly or daily reservation prior to 7 days of arrival date will receive an account credit minus a $30.00 fee. The account credit is good until the end of the following year. We also offer a Travel Cancellation Protection Plan for peace of mind if you want a credit card refund – cancel anytime for any reason..
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Yes, pets are welcome at our RV sites. However, pets are not allowed in our Comfort Cabins or domes. Please keep pets leashed at all times when outside your RV. Max 3 pets.
Do you offer discounts?
Our discounts are based exclusively on length of stay: 10% off daily rate for stays of 3 or more days, 20% off for stays of 7 or more days, and 50% off daily rates for stays of 30 days or more.
